AI generation consumes compute resources when a task is submitted. Because those resources are reserved or consumed during generation, purchases and consumed credits are generally non-refundable except in the limited cases described below.
We generally do not provide refunds for:
a. Change of Mind: You decide not to use the Service after purchasing credits or a subscription.
b. Unused Credits: You purchase credits but choose not to use them.
c. Generated Output Preferences: You are dissatisfied with a generated video or image because of style, motion, realism, exact likeness, text rendering, camera movement, or other subjective creative results. AI generation is probabilistic and we do not guarantee a specific aesthetic outcome.
d. Prompt or Input Issues: Results are affected by unclear prompts, unsupported requests, low-quality uploaded images, image artifacts, mismatched aspect ratios, or unsuitable source material.
e. Device or Network Issues: Your browser, device, network, storage, or local software prevents you from using or downloading the Service properly.
f. Content Policy Violations: Credits consumed or blocked because of violations of our Terms of Service, misuse, abuse, or prohibited content are non-refundable.
g. Account Violations: Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our policies are not eligible for refunds, except where required by law.
We may review refund or credit-restoration requests in limited cases, including:

If a generation fails because of a system-side error, we may automatically return credits or review the case manually. Failed generation handling may depend on the model provider, task logs, payment status, and whether compute resources were consumed.
Failures caused by prohibited content, unsupported inputs, prompt issues, or user-side network/device problems are generally not eligible for refunds.
You may cancel a subscription through your account billing settings when available. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
